Reservations

Reservations must be made a minimum amount of time in advance of the activity date and time, depending on the experience.
Reservations are subject to availability.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations or modifications to the reservation must be made in advance of the activity start time, depending on the experience.
Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or a date change, subject to availability.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made outside of the required advance notice periods, as well as no-shows on the day of the activity, will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes by the Organization

The organization reserves the right to modify the date or time of the activity due to organizational, weather-related, or force majeure reasons. In such cases, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

Punctuality

It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity. In case of delay, making up the lost time is not guaranteed.
